Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the strategic dimension of technological innovation. Through an analysis of technology as a driving factor of value in the company, highlighting the development of technological innovation processes and proper management to achieve and maintain technological advantages, to increase competitiveness and dominance of the company, highlighting the essential characteristics of the stages of new product development by the company and the benefits of good management.
